About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real difference in the classroom? We’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic team! In this role, you will identify strategies to help overcome individual pupils’ barriers to learning, use humour and restorative practice to ensure a child-centred approach, support the transition of new pupils, provide in-class support, liaise with other staff to monitor pupils’ behaviour and well-being, build positive relations with parents/carers, and communicate with parents/carers about specific support in place for their child.

Experience
