About the Role
At Burberry, we believe creativity opens spaces. Our purpose is to unlock the power of imagination to push boundaries and open new possibilities for our people, our customers and our communities. This core belief has guided Burberry since 1856 and remains central to how we operate today. We aim to provide an environment where creative minds from diverse backgrounds thrive, bringing a wide range of skills and experiences to everything we do. As a purposeful, values-driven brand, we are committed to being a force for good, creating the next generation of sustainable luxury, driving industry change and championing our communities.

We are hiring a Team Manager to lead our Accessories department within Harrods, one of the world’s most iconic luxury retail destinations. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive department growth through proactive clienteling, local activations and innovative initiatives that build awareness and engagement.
- Develop a strong client book and create meaningful relationships that encourage long-term customer loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, concession managers, Personal Shopping teams and wider Harrods stakeholders to maximise opportunities and performance.
- Coach, develop and empower team members through regular feedback, performance conversations and on-the-floor leadership.
- Monitor trading performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into actions that drive sales, productivity and customer engagement.
