We are hiring a Team Manager to join our iconic Regent Street flagship at a pivotal moment following a significant multi-million-pound investment and transformation. As Team Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the client journey, inspiring a high-performing team, and driving commercial success. Working closely with the Store Director, Assistant Store Director, and leadership team, you will bring luxury service excellence to life through strong client development, people leadership, and a relentless focus on creating meaningful client relationships that foster long-term growth.
You will lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional luxury experiences that reflect the best of Burberry. Your responsibilities include driving category performance and commercial results through active shop floor leadership, coaching, and clear performance direction. You will develop a culture of clientelling excellence, empowering the team to build lasting relationships and grow a loyal client base.
Additionally, you will identify opportunities to enhance the client journey, ensuring every interaction is personalised, memorable, and aligned with the elevated flagship experience. Partnering closely with the wider leadership team, you will execute business priorities and deliver outstanding operational and commercial outcomes. You will champion Burberry Behaviours and support the growth, development, and engagement of your team through continuous coaching and feedback.

Experience
Proven experience leading teams within luxury fashion, luxury retail, or premium client-focused environments. Strong clientelling expertise with a track record of building high-value relationships and driving repeat business.
