Reporting to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, the Central Visual Merchandising Manager will provide clear and concise visual merchandising direction to regional teams through expert knowledge of styling, global VM guidelines, assortment and visual merchandising practices. This role partners closely with Central Merchandising, Styling, Architecture, Retail Excellence and Regional VM Teams to ensure creative and commercial goals are delivered and executed.
Key responsibilities include delivering visual merchandising guidance for regional VMs and global retail teams; aligning with Design’s creative vision and global styling direction to ensure displays are both creatively driven and commercially mindful; collaborating closely with Merchandising to align VM guidance with strategic business aims while delivering inspiring visual displays; supporting regional VM teams with feedback, training, store visits and showroom set-up by sharing knowledge and creative solutions; driving compliance with global standards and excellent product knowledge across regions; working effectively alongside other Central Visual Merchandisers to maintain high standards and consistency; and demonstrating agility and flexibility to achieve required solutions within the full strategic vision.
Experience
Minimum 4 years experience in a Visual Merchandising role. Experience in developing or supporting guideline creation is ideal. Proven ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical and detail-oriented with a clear understanding of merchandising and business requirements. Proactive, creative problem solver with a passion for the fashion industry and strong awareness of luxury industry trends. Excellent communication skills, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a reactive, cross-functional environment. Able to work effectively within a high-performing team to deliver consistent, industry-leading work.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; Adobe skills are beneficial.
