About the Role

Our Digital Team is a leading-edge, multichannel, global function delivering innovative retail technology through a fully integrated and agile approach. We are seeking a VP of Technology Delivery & Transformation to lead the successful delivery and operation of our technology platforms and engineering capabilities during a period of significant transformation.

This role is accountable for executing technology programmes effectively, ensuring high-performing engineering teams, and maintaining operational stability across enterprise systems. You will provide leadership across software engineering, enterprise applications, and major business systems, overseeing the transition from the current technology landscape to the future operating model.

Working closely with the SVP of Architecture, Data & AI, you will ensure all delivery aligns with approved technology strategy, architecture principles, and transformation roadmaps. Initially, you will oversee IT Operations, ERP, Wholesale & Warehouse Systems, and Software Engineering. As responsibilities transition to the parent company, the focus will shift to two strategic delivery domains: ERP Transformation (Retail Express to Infor M3) and Digital Engineering Transformation (Adobe Commerce to Shopify).

This role emphasizes execution, delivery, operational excellence, and engineering leadership rather than defining long-term technology strategy or enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the ERP transformation programme
- Lead the delivery of the ecommerce platform transformation programme
- Ensure operational stability of enterprise applications and engineering platforms
- Deliver technology programmes on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
- Manage relationships with strategic technology partners and implementation vendors
- Deliver technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture and business priorities

Qualifications
