About the Role
At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities by fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be themselves—with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen meaningfully to each other and our customers. Moody’s is transforming how the world sees risk. As a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, we advance AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that not only understands complexity but responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping our clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.

In this role, you will drive strategic growth, stakeholder engagement, and transformational initiatives that advance Moody’s Ratings’ priorities across the Middle East region. You will support the evaluation and strategic oversight of regional growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities, while facilitating cross-functional alignment on governance, operational, analytical, and strategic matters.

You will build and maintain relationships with key capital market stakeholders including regulators, stock exchanges, banks, asset managers, issuers, and public sector entities. Additionally, you will support market outreach activities, events, thought leadership programs, and educational initiatives that promote capital market development.

Delivering market intelligence and strategic insights to regional and global leadership to support business planning and regional priorities will be a key responsibility. You will partner with senior leadership on the evaluation, execution, and integration of strategic opportunities and contribute to the development and execution of EMEA Regional Management objectives.

As part of your role, you may serve as a representative director or board member for relevant affiliate investments, providing governance oversight and strategic guidance as opportunities arise.

About the Team
The Regional Management team provides leadership and coordination across Moody’s Ratings’ business activities throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The team works closely with business, analytical, and functional leaders to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively, regional capabilities are strengthened, and growth opportunities are identified and advanced. By joining the team, you will contribute to initiatives that support the development of financial markets, enhance stakeholder engagement, and drive innovation and transformation across the region.
