About the Role
We are looking for a Waiter to join our team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch in the Llama Inn Restaurant. Llama Inn is a warm open space featuring natural wood furniture, tall ceilings, and steel beams. Our cuisine celebrates all things Peru, including ceviche, our famous lomo Saltado, Cancha, and other unique Peruvian dishes. Our cocktail and spirit list highlights Peruvian pisco as the star, alongside a creative cocktail menu with unique takes on classics from around the globe. The wine list focuses on Spain and Latin America, offering options by the glass and bottle to suit any palate. Whether early or late, Llama Inn provides a full dining experience perfect for any celebration or occasion.

As a Waiter, you will lead your section by example, placing memorable guest and team experiences at the heart of your work and inspiring those around you. You will bring your own flavour to the guest experience, ensuring that from arrival to departure, guests have a great time. You will play a key role in connecting the floor with the kitchen, handling requests and questions from guests and team members alike. A thorough knowledge of our products and systems is essential to succeed in this role.

Experience
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment.

About you
You are focused on having a positive impact on everyone you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience. You want to work in a place where you can be yourself—no clones in suits here. You are not precious, leaving egos at the door to help get things done. You are open to doing things differently and willing to try (almost) everything once. You enjoy teamwork, support your colleagues, and have fun along the way. If we got stuck in a lift together, we’d have a good time and share a few laughs.

Qualifications
Not specifically required, but a strong knowledge of products and systems is expected.
