About the Role
At WTW, we provide data-driven, insight-led solutions in the areas of people, risk and capital. Leveraging the global view and local expertise of our 49,000 colleagues serving 140 countries and markets, we help organizations sharpen their strategy, enhance organizational resilience, motivate their workforce and maximize performance. Joining our Retirement team, you’ll be part of our impact right from the start. Our Retirement team works with some of the largest pension schemes in the UK, including household-name brands and charities. Advising on both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, we tackle complex challenges daily and make a real difference to active and retired employees across the country. Our work is vital and often very high profile. You’ll help us continue to deliver a truly exceptional service.

During this eight-week internship, you will gain invaluable real-world experience fully integrated within our Retirement business. You will work alongside and learn from industry experts while applying your education to a range of challenging live projects across our unrivalled client base. You will help clients understand and manage their pension risks, gain a wide range of on-the-job experience, and develop technical and consulting skills through a full induction, a wide-ranging training program, and continual learning opportunities. This internship is the perfect opportunity to understand what you could expect if you joined our trainee consultant programme the following year. Many of our interns return as permanent team members after graduation.

WTW is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
