Our community services include health visiting, school nursing and support for families of children with long-term conditions. Our adult community services teams deliver care at the heart of the local communities we serve, working in partnership with GPs, local authorities and other healthcare and voluntary sector organisations. Working with our partners in Lambeth and Southwark, we are focusing on new ways of working to improve care for local patients. In February 2021 the Royal Brompton and Harefield joined Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, bringing together world-leading expertise in the care and research of heart and lung disease. Would you like to be part of the team directly supporting the Nursing & Midwifery Workforce at Guys and St Thomas'? We are looking for a post holder who will provide a high quality administrative support to the Corporate Nursing & Midwifery team including the Head of Nursing, Workforce and Education and the work streams. The post will provide a broad range of support activities to ongoing and fixed term projects within the department and will ensure the smooth running of the office. As part of the team we will support the candidate to develop and grow in the role, with opportunities to be involved in many interesting and innovative workforce projects trustwide. Main duties of the job • To provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service • To organise and administer meetings, taking comprehensive minutes and ensuring timely despatch of papers. • Prepare and produce reports / spreadsheets, presentations and other documents as requested using the format required by the team. • To support on recruitment administration duties including managing interview timetables, managing interview links (Teams), supporting assessment centre, managing candidate queries, supporting with recruitment events/open days • To support with the Healthroster administration duties including Business as usual folder management, supporting telephone queries, coordinating challenge board and roster review appointments • To support with International recruitment including coordinating the International recruitment board meeting appointments, minute taking, OSCE exam booking, prepare welcome packs travel and accommodation, pastoral care admin support. • To support the rotation team with administration of the rotation database, termination of placements, procurement of badges, email addresses, and security access.
