About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the @Home team as an Administrator Team Leader. The @Home team is currently an accelerator site for Urgent Community Response across South East London, providing intensive multidisciplinary acute clinical care at home that would otherwise be carried out in hospital. This role involves day-to-day management of the team, supporting departmental projects and policies, managing referrals received via the Unified Point of Access, providing administrative support to our large multi-disciplinary team, and producing reports and presentations.

Requirements

Experience
Proven business administration experience demonstrating an understanding of key functions in providing administrative support. Experience working in a customer service setting.

About you
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to maintain attention to detail and multitask in a busy environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Qualifications
Good general education with English and Maths to GCSE standard or equivalent. NVQ 3, City and Guilds certificate level in business administration or evidence of equivalent experience in administrative roles. Proficient in the use of IT systems and applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
