We are seeking to appoint two new analysts to join our existing Resident Data team (one permanent contract and one fixed-term 12-month contract). In this role, you will support the delivery of performance management and quality assurance systems, conduct research and analysis to enhance local strategies and plans, lead data quality initiatives, produce performance reports, and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve service outcomes.

Experience
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in performance management and research
- Proven Power BI development skills
- Advanced MS Excel user
- Experience building reports with Business Objects, working with large housing data sets and completing statutory returns is advantageous

You should possess excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different service areas and drive innovative solutions.
