We are seeking passionate and resilient individuals to join our Initial Assessment Team within the Housing Options Service. In this role, you will provide a proactive service offering advice to families and pregnant people facing housing-related challenges. You will assess those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness within 56 days, conduct home visits to confirm homelessness, and work in accordance with current legislation and codes of guidance.

As the first point of contact for households facing homelessness, you will assess their circumstances and needs, provide practical advice and sustainable housing solutions, and collaborate with partners to prevent and relieve homelessness.
