London, UK (Hybrid working with an average of two days per week from home). Candidates must be based in the UK within a commutable distance to Heathrow.

Hours
Full Time - standard working hours with flexible hybrid arrangements to support operational needs.

Salary

About the Role
As an Architect for Cellular & Radio at Heathrow, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and communicating technology architectures and roadmaps that support Heathrow’s Technology strategy and business goals within your domain. You will provide governance, expertise, and leadership across Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL) Technology Teams and the wider third-party and support partner network. Your ownership will include infrastructure and applications related to all Cellular and Radio systems across the Heathrow campus, covering Cellular technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G), Radio systems (TETRA, DMR, DAS), CUAS, and physical connectivity such as fibre and structured cabling.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in defining and managing technology architectures, specifically in Cellular and Radio systems including 2G/3G/4G/5G, TETRA, DMR, DAS, CUAS, and associated physical connectivity such as fibre and structured cabling. Experience working within complex infrastructure environments and managing third-party and partner networks is essential.
