About the Role
The Services Lead - Supplier Operations and Assurance role sits within Heathrow's Services division and is instrumental in managing the performance of key supplier partners. You will ensure that standards, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently met, maintaining high service standards across operations. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively convey business requirements and drive adherence to agreed standards and services. As a contract management lead, you will lead discussions confidently and work comfortably with data. A key responsibility is acting as the interface between Service Partners and Procurement, ensuring seamless collaboration. Experience
Proven experience in contract management, supplier performance management, or a related operational role. Comfortable leading discussions and working with performance data.

Qualifications
