About the Role
The main purpose of this role is to grant access to the restricted areas of Heathrow Airport in line with the Heathrow Security Standards and Department for Transport statutory requirements, while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves both pass administration duties and the issuing of passes. The successful candidate may also be required to cover other duties to support the operation when needed. You will deliver a customer-focused identity management service, reviewing and assessing application details to ensure compliance with legislation and the Heathrow ID Pass Standard. This is a full-time role with no flexibility to work remotely.
Experience
Experience in customer service or security-related roles is desirable to effectively manage identity verification and access control processes.
