About the Role
The Senior Property Asset Manager - Expansion is accountable for leading and delivering all landlord and tenant activities required to support Heathrow's expansion programme. This includes ensuring readiness for acquisition strategy, access, vacant possession, and statutory requirements ahead of the Development Consent Order (DCO). Acting as the central property interface between the Expansion Programme, delivery teams, British Airways, and other third-party tenants, you will actively manage on-airport land and property interests to protect programme milestones, minimise risk, and enable essential works, surveys, and investigations.
This role requires advanced professional property expertise and strong stakeholder management capability, operating autonomously on complex and high-risk property matters critical to the DCO timeline. By maintaining close alignment across stakeholders and proactively managing property challenges, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of Heathrow's expansion objectives.

Experience
Extensive experience in property asset management, particularly in complex landlord and tenant matters within large infrastructure or development programmes. Proven ability to manage high-risk property issues and deliver against critical project milestones.
