About the Role
As an Assistant Business Manager at Charlotte Tilbury Travel Retail, you will be the ultimate brand ambassador, leading and engaging your team with the unique Tilbury vision. You will enthusiastically drive and exceed sales targets while placing customer experience at the forefront of your leadership style. Working closely with the Business Manager, you will support seamless day-to-day operations in a dynamic airport environment.

Your key responsibilities include driving financial results to meet and exceed targets, supporting sales target setting and communication with Retail Artists, and demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit as a specialist within the retail artistry brands. You will lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and coach your team to achieve Charlotte Tilbury standards in both service and artistry.

You will also extend exceptional customer service beyond the store by driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities, implement individual and team development plans with regular reviews and coaching, and foster a positive, cooperative team culture through collaborative management and recognition of performance.

Additional duties include maintaining impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring flawless grooming standards for yourself and your team. Flexibility to work shifts is required. Due to the airside location, you will be required to provide a five-year working and personal reference along with a Criminal Reference Check, to be discussed at interview stage.

Experience
Retail management experience with a proven track record in driving sales and managing teams.
