Within the first six months, deliverables will include consistent control and accessibility of H&S management system information, well-coordinated audit and inspection activities with strong evidence quality, active management and escalation of actions for timely closure, accurate and insightful reporting, and clear, consistent professional H&S support and guidance for stakeholders.
