About the Role
This role supports the Service Manager in delivering against targets across a range of service areas within the A&E Department. The post holder will be operationally based, working closely with teams to support achievement of National targets. Responsibilities include managing teams of staff such as service delivery personnel, medical secretaries, and other groups. The role requires providing a high level of administrative support to the clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.

Experience
Experience in team management and service delivery within a healthcare or similar operational environment is desirable. Proven ability to support clinical teams and manage administrative functions effectively.

Organised and proactive with strong leadership skills. Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities. Committed to supporting clinical services and achieving operational targets.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in healthcare management or administration are advantageous but not essential. A willingness to learn and develop within the role is important.
