About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a wide range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care for patients further afield. The Health Innovation Network (HIN) South London supports the spread and adoption of innovation in health and social care. We are recruiting two Lived Experience Partners to join our Involvement team to support meaningful patient and public involvement and provide expertise on how to involve people with lived experience. The post holders will work with healthcare professionals and people with lived experience, supporting service improvement without the expectation to share their own lived experience unless they choose to do so.
The HIN is hosted by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, offering a vibrant and supportive working environment near Tower Bridge with excellent health and wellbeing support, including book clubs, lunchtime walks, social events, and access to the HIN Academy for staff training and development. We are committed to flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong community connections in South London, and a track record of using lived experience to influence healthcare improvement. The successful candidates will contribute to improving health and care services by working collaboratively across a wide range of organisations and stakeholders.

- Strong organisational skills, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
