About the Role
At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be who they are—with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen to each other and customers in meaningful ways. Moody’s is transforming how the world sees risk. As a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, we’re advancing AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that not only understands complexity but responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping our clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.
If you are excited about this opportunity but do not meet every single requirement, please apply! You still may be a great fit for this role or other open roles. We seek candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.
As Associate Director - Marketing (Banking), you will own solution positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement to drive adoption, differentiation, and growth. You will lead messaging and positioning for assigned solutions, translating complex capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and market-ready narratives. You will lead go-to-market planning and execution for launches, releases, enhancements, and migrations, defining target audiences, objectives, success measures, and readiness requirements.
You will partner across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate product roadmaps into commercialisation plans and deliver market readiness. Developing sales enablement materials, including presentations, demonstrations, solution briefs, customer stories, competitive content, and readiness guidance, will be a key responsibility. You will also develop customer proof points and synthesise customer, competitor, analyst, and market insights to strengthen positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Additionally, you will own product-centric content strategy, creating and activating solution content and narratives across the customer journey. Monitoring content and enablement performance using engagement, conversion, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to guide optimization is essential. You will maintain accurate, relevant, and discoverable product content across digital channels, search engines, and generative AI experiences.
Our Moody’s Analytics Banking Solutions Marketing team serves as the narrative authority for Moody's banking products and solutions, developing messaging and positioning and driving commercialisation through go-to-market planning, sales enablement, market intelligence, and customer proof points. The team responsibly uses artificial intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to improve research, content effectiveness, and go-to-market decisions. By joining our team, you will help bring Moody's data, analytics, software, and workflow solutions to market and partner with product, commercial, and marketing leaders to drive adoption, differentiation, and growth.
