In this role, you will drive growth and expand Moody’s corporate market presence across Europe and Africa by developing new business opportunities with large corporate clients. Key responsibilities include identifying, prioritizing, and engaging new customers and prospects across assigned markets and sectors; developing and executing strategic account plans; leading business development initiatives to scale existing relationships and capture new market opportunities; and creating targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.
You will build and maintain accurate sales forecasts, leverage deep understanding of corporate market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks, collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to close new business, and share market intelligence to support business strategy and product development. This role requires managing workload independently while maintaining high productivity and pursuing growth opportunities.
Our Large Corporates Sales team works closely with industry experts, product specialists, and commercial leaders to accelerate growth and support adoption of innovative technologies and data-driven solutions across diverse industries. Experience
- 7-10+ years in new business development with a strong track record of originating and closing complex enterprise sales opportunities
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and expand relationships with large corporate clients across multiple industries and geographies
- Strong understanding of account management across multiple use cases, product lines, and stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of key corporate sectors including Energy preferred
- Experience selling Compliance Solutions, Credit Risk Assessment Solutions, Procurement Solutions, Master Data Management Solutions or Data Solutions preferred
- Exceptional networking, prospecting, and C-suite engagement skills with ability to influence senior decision makers and build long-term commercial partnerships
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, effective in virtual and in-person environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required
- Fluency in English required; additional European language skills advantageous
