About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and passionate Barista to join our friendly team. Your role will go beyond crafting amazing coffee. You’ll also support with food service during breakfast and lunch, helping us deliver a warm and welcoming experience to every guest. You will delight customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner, efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods and equipment to our standards. You will share the story of our menu, provide recommendations, and be aware of allergen procedures. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards will be part of your responsibilities. You will follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines, monitor stock levels, restock supplies as needed, use till systems for payments and orders, provide exceptional customer service, resolve any customer issues, and assist the team with other tasks as needed.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
