Hours
Full Time, Monday to Friday only, no weekends. Two shifts on rotation: Morning shift 7:00 – 15:30 and Closing shift 9:00 – 17:30. Training provided for opening and closing shifts. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with optional evening overtime (up to 22:00) in hospitality paid at 1.25 rate.

Salary
£16.10 per hour with potential for additional overtime hours at 1.25 rate.

Experience
Customer service experience is essential. We require a professional approach with personal care towards customers, including using customers' names and engaging in meaningful communication to provide a mental break for them. Barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

About you
Energetic and talkative personality with strong communication skills. Able to multitask effectively, balancing customer attention with task completion. Good organisational skills, reliability, and ability to work well within a team are important.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required. You must be eligible to work in the UK as we do not offer visa sponsorship. A motivated attitude and hunger to learn are welcomed and supported through ongoing training and development.
