In this role, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety at all times. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain cleanliness, and ensure supplies are stocked. Quality control is key, maintaining high standards for presentation and taste. Collaboration with your team and the head chef on menu development and recipe innovation is encouraged. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and your designated area.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
