As a Barista, you will delight customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner, efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods and equipment to our standards. You will assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner according to established menus and recipes. Sharing the story of our menu and providing recommendations while being aware of allergen procedures will be part of your role.

You will take pride in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards. Following all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures is essential. You will monitor stock levels, restock supplies as needed, use till systems for taking payments and customer orders, and provide exceptional customer service, resolving any customer issues or complaints. You will also assist the team with other tasks as needed.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
