Join Leydi, a modern Turkish restaurant in central London, as a Bartender and bring the vibrant all-day food culture of Istanbul to life. Leydi offers expertly-prepared mangal meat & fish, heritage grain wood-fired breads, low intervention wines, and a sophisticated yet fun ambience. Located within Hyde London City, a luxurious seven-storey, 111-room property at 15 Old Bailey, Leydi is a bustling dining destination where dinners turn into dancing with punchy cocktails and an East meets West soundtrack.

As a Bartender, you will mix a range of drinks from cocktails to mocktails with precision and style that reflects our brand. You will maintain a clean and well-organized bar, welcome guests with professionalism, take orders efficiently, and offer recommendations to enhance their experience. Staying knowledgeable about our drink menu, ingredients, prices, and current mixology trends is essential. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth and tidy service for both table and bar guests, contributing to an unforgettable hospitality experience.

Experience
Previous bartending experience, particularly in cocktail making, is required.
