About the Role
The Savoy is one of the world's most iconic hotels, renowned for outstanding service excellence since 1889. As a Beauty & Fitness Assistant, you will be responsible for exceeding member expectations daily while ensuring the Fitness Areas and Activities are promoted and run effectively. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional interpersonal abilities. You will contribute significantly to the overall success of our establishment and guest satisfaction by ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness facility.

Your key responsibilities include maintaining and presenting fitness areas and equipment to Brand Standards, assisting the Senior Receptionist and Beauty & Fitness Manager in upholding professionalism, ensuring treatments meet the highest standards and targets, and maintaining five-star cleanliness levels. You will oversee day-to-day fitness activities, facilitate bookings, prioritize health and safety, handle customer complaints professionally, and promote a fun and engaging environment. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks such as operating the switchboard, answering queries, controlling float, completing administration forms, and accurately recording income receipts.

Experience
Previous experience in a luxury environment or day spa is required. Trained in body treatments, facials, manicure, and pedicure.

Passion for customer service and providing outstanding treatments to all guests. Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken. Enthusiastic and positive personality. Excellent attention to detail. Highly organised and able to work independently. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

Qualifications
Relevant training in body treatments, facials, manicure, and pedicure. Willingness to multi-skill and adapt to different tasks as required to meet guest and colleague needs.
