About the Role
An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Demi Chef de Partie to join Mauro Colagreco’s Restaurants at Raffles London at The OWO. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties in the preparation and service of food, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained. You will be responsible for maintaining and running your section, ensuring correct storage and labelling of foodstuffs, equipment, and dry goods, and checking and ordering equipment through the correct channels. Your role includes production of mise en place to set standards, involvement in the production and development of dishes across all outlets, and contributing to the training of commis and apprentice chefs to uphold these standards. You will also contribute to effective cost management with a zero waste approach, maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and management, and assist in departmental spot checks to maintain standards. This role requires a commitment to creating a harmonious and professional kitchen environment and supporting new employees in understanding the required standards.

Experience
Previous relevant experience in a similar kitchen role is required. Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards and work effectively within a team environment.
