About the Role
We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead a dynamic front of house team across Chet's, Room Service, The Lobby and our events space, The Apartment. You will place both guest and team experience at the heart of everything you do, leading by example to keep your team motivated, empowered and supported. Your leadership will ensure confident delivery of top-tier experiences for our guests and a positive working environment for your team.

You will drive revenue through well-planned initiatives and incentives, leveraging a strong understanding of guest booking and profiling systems. You will take full ownership of the restaurant's P&L, managing costs efficiently while maintaining high quality and exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will ensure seamless collaboration between front and back of house operations.

The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush is located in the vibrant heart of Shepherd's Bush, featuring 237 uniquely designed bedrooms, a large open lobby with vintage seating, a central wraparound bar and terrace. Chet's offers a Thai-Americana dining experience, blending fragrant Thai flavours with classic American diner comforts in a lively and eclectic neighbourhood.

Experience
- Proven track record of leading large teams in restaurants, kitchens, and bars
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar restaurant management role within a busy, fast-paced environment
- Previous involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of a restaurant and bar business
- Ability to manage budgets daily, weekly, and monthly, with detailed reporting to senior management
