About the Role
We are looking for a Hotel Night Receptionist to join our TRIBE as we launched our first TRIBE Hotel into the London market in the summer of 2022. In this role, you will maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges. You will manage the arrival and departure processes for all guests, ensuring all standard operating procedures are adhered to. Handling in-house guests’ requests and recording all feedback as per our procedures will be part of your daily tasks.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest credit, billing, and financial transactions, as well as the accuracy of data in all systems. You will provide the necessary daily reports for all departments and ensure night reception tasks are completed correctly and accurately.

Ensuring guests are quoted the correct rate according to the selling strategy and website, answering telephone calls promptly, and maintaining observation over guests and their property to minimize security alerts are key responsibilities. You will report any maintenance issues to the correct department and verify completion of work.

Maintaining the integrity of public and back of house areas at all times, collaborating with all hotel teams and outsourced partners to ensure guest satisfaction, and keeping the reception desk clean, tidy, and presentable are essential to this role.

Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is beneficial but not essential. Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera is required.
