About the Role

The hotel features 120 rooms and suites alongside 85 branded residences, nine restaurants, three bars including one by signature chef Mauro Colagreco, the Guerlain spa, Pillar Wellness, and a grand ballroom seating 600 guests.
As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will lead and train Room Attendants on your allocated floor, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in both vacant and occupied rooms to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee the cleanliness of bedrooms, corridors, staircases, and service areas, acting as an ambassador of Raffles values in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
Your responsibilities include directing daily tasks for room attendants and house porters, participating in departmental meetings and training, liaising with other departments to maintain smooth communication, reporting maintenance faults, and ensuring repairs are completed promptly. You will engage warmly and professionally with guests, anticipate their needs, and respond to requests with knowledge of all hotel services and outlets.
Additional duties include using the Knowcross system for communication and issue reporting, managing room status queries, and stepping in for senior staff when required. You will also contribute to a positive team environment by providing leadership, encouraging creativity, and maintaining composure under pressure.
Health and safety are paramount; you will ensure all hazards are reported and addressed, be familiar with fire, emergency, and bomb procedures, and promote a culture of safety awareness within the department.
Joining Raffles means becoming part of a team that values respect, excellence, belonging, empowerment, and integrity, all while working in one of the world’s most prestigious hotels.
