About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch in our Il Bambini Club. Il Bambini Club brings its joyful trattoria spirit from Paris to London, celebrating Italian generosity and colourful design. Bambini is all about live music, shared feasts, and a carefree atmosphere. As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the team in delivering warm, seamless service and keep the floor buzzing with energy and charm, day and night.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the restaurant and bar areas are Health & Safety compliant each shift, running daily briefings for the restaurant and bar teams, coordinating and managing the reservations system, and drafting floor plans based on covers. You will support the Restaurant AGM with food and beverage stock management including ordering and stock counts, assist with training on wine, food, and beverage menus, and handle cash and daily revenue reporting according to hotel SOPs. You will be responsible for the service on the floor and bar, as well as the safe opening and closing of the restaurant. Additionally, you will collaborate with the culinary team on menus, service, and product availability to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Experience
Proven experience in leading and managing a hospitality team, preferably within a restaurant or bar environment.

Qualifications
