About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Waiter to join our team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch, specifically in our vibrant Llama Inn rooftop restaurant. Llama Inn offers a modern take on Peruvian cuisine with an exciting menu featuring ceviche, small plates, sharing dishes, natural wines, and standout cocktails. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our guests’ experience, bringing your own flavour to the table and telling the story of the restaurant. From the moment guests arrive until they leave, you will ensure they have a memorable and enjoyable time, delivering exceptional hospitality in a lively and dynamic environment.

Experience
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences is essential. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
