About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Bartender to join our vibrant team at Il Bambini Club, a bold and joyful trattoria inspired by Italian life. The bar is the heart of the venue, where energy, elegance, and spontaneity come together from lunch through to late night. You will create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves. Your role will involve crafting everything from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that evolve with the seasons, serving coffee, fine wines, and signature creations all day long. You will work closely with the team to keep the bar and table service running smoothly and tidily, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a lively, colourful setting featuring live music and an iconic pizza oven.

Experience
Previous bartending experience is essential, with particular skill in cocktail making.
