About the Role
BBC Studios Productions is renowned for creating world-class television across a wide range of genres including Drama, Comedy, Factual, Entertainment, Music, Natural History, Kids & Family, and Audio. As the national production arm of BBC Studios, it delivers iconic titles such as EastEnders, Strictly Come Dancing, Dragon's Den, Silent Witness, and Blue Planet to audiences worldwide. We regularly hire Runners to support our productions and have established this talent pool for those interested in working with us.

Runners play a vital role across various production environments. Responsibilities may include running on location by setting up equipment, organising lunch, collecting release forms, logging, data wrangling, and charging batteries. In studio settings, runners may set up and stock the green room, look after guests, collect props, and print scripts. Other duties include ferrying rushes, supporting cast and crew, and assisting with office and administrative tasks.

This talent pool allows us to connect with individuals eager to work in our team. While submission to the pool does not guarantee work, it ensures consideration for opportunities as they arise. Productions may conduct further selection or due diligence when hiring from the pool. If no suitable candidates are found, roles may be advertised more widely.
