About the Role
Join the BBC's Talent Acquisition leadership team and play a critical role in shaping the future workforce of the world's most trusted public service media organisation. As Talent Acquisition Technology Lead, you will lead the strategy, optimisation and evolution of the technology that powers recruitment across the BBC. From AI-enabled innovation and automation to recruitment platforms and workforce insights, you will shape the tools, systems and experiences that help attract, hire and engage world-class talent now and into the future. Based at the intersection of talent, technology and transformation, you will ensure our recruitment capabilities remain modern, scalable and fit for the future.

This is a unique opportunity to work with senior leaders, technology specialists and Talent Acquisition experts to modernise how the BBC attracts, hires and engages talent. You will drive technology transformation, innovation and continuous improvement to build recruitment capabilities that support the BBC's long-term success.

Experience
- Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition technology strategy, transformation and optimisation initiatives with measurable improvements in recruitment effectiveness, efficiency and user experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Talent Acquisition technology landscape, including Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms, sourcing tools, assessment technologies and recruitment marketing solutions, ideally within large and complex organisations.
- Proven track record delivering technology-enabled change including requirements gathering, business case development, roadmap creation, vendor management, implementation, reporting and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with ability to build trusted relationships and align priorities across Talent Acquisition, HR, Technology, Procurement and senior leadership teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills using data, insights and technology performance metrics to identify opportunities, measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
While no specific qualifications are mandated, experience with enterprise Talent Acquisition platforms such as SuccessFactors Recruiting, SmartRecruiters or similar ATS is desirable. Experience partnering with HR Technology, Product or Engineering teams to deliver and optimise people technology solutions within complex organisations is a plus. Transferable skills and relevant experience will be considered.
