About the Role
This role involves food preparation and presentation with flair for breakfast, lunch and dinner across A la Carte, room service, functions and buffet service. You will liaise with restaurant employees regarding menu availability, additions and changes. Responsibilities include ensuring strict stock rotation and minimizing wastage, implementing and maintaining stock control procedures, maintaining the breakfast buffet, assisting guests with special requirements, accepting and preparing special breakfast orders, and ensuring proper posting to guest folios. Experience
Previous kitchen experience is required.

About you
Reliable and motivated with the ability to start early mornings. Knowledge of basic Health & Safety and Food Safety is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant food safety qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
