About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Brokerage Finance Manager to lead our Brokerage Finance and Business Intelligence function. Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Contract Management, you will lead a high-performing team delivering a critical service that supports commissioning teams, suppliers, and health partners. Your role will ensure accurate financial management, high-quality data insight, and continuous improvement across brokerage and payments processes within Children’s and Adults social care and Public Health. You will be responsible for developing strategic direction, overseeing financial data accuracy and compliance, leading process mapping and redesign, driving continuous improvement and staff development, and acting as the escalation point for service issues. Additionally, you will lead system development and improvements while working closely with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure governance adherence and provide insightful reporting and responses to enquiries.
