Average of 42 hours per week working 12-hour shifts from 8pm to 8am, including some weekends, on a 2 week rolling rota of 4 shifts in week one and 3 shifts in week two.

About the Role
Our multi-award-winning organisation is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated Care team. This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality care services within our Care Homes to ensure residents live meaningful lives and feel involved within their community. You will assist residents with personal care, food and drink, and administering medication. Supporting residents in all activities of daily living, you will help maximise their wellbeing while promoting choice, independence, and dignity. Additionally, you will provide encouragement and companionship by engaging with residents and other stakeholders and support recreational activities.

Experience
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care preferred or willingness to be trained.

About you
Compassionate and able to demonstrate integrity by treating residents fairly and with respect. Willingness to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to complete training provided.
