Relief position on a zero hours contract working nights on a rota basis, which may include evening and weekend shifts as required to cover absence.

About the Role
Join our multi-award-winning organisation as a Relief Night Care Assistant and become a vital part of our Care team. This role supports residents to live meaningful lives and feel involved within their community. You will deliver high standards of care services within our Care Homes, assisting residents with personal care, food and drink, and medication administration. You will support residents in all activities of daily living to maximise wellbeing while promoting choice, independence, and dignity. Additionally, you will provide encouragement and companionship by engaging with residents and other stakeholders and support recreational activities.

Experience
Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care is required or a willingness to be trained.

About you
You are naturally compassionate and demonstrate integrity by treating residents fairly and with respect. You have a willingness to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. You are flexible and able to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to undertake training to achieve this qualification.
