Full Time - 37 hours per week on a 4 week rota basis:
Week 1 – Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
Week 2 – Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun
Week 3 – Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri
Week 4 – Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun
Shift Pattern - Candidates must be available to work a combination of early and late shifts, alternating weekly.
Early Shifts - 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
Late Shifts - 1pm to 9:30pm
Salary
£27,082 per annum
About the Role
Our multi-award-winning organisation is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Worker to join our Retirement Living Service. This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality care services to residents, helping them live meaningful lives and feel involved within their community. You will assist residents with personal care, meal preparation, and domestic tasks, as well as implement and monitor individual care and support plans. Additionally, you will contribute to building community spirit by encouraging and facilitating social events tailored to the diverse needs of tenants. Please note, due to a genuine occupational requirement under the Sex Discrimination Act 1974, this role is restricted to female applicants.
Experience
Previous experience within a care or health setting is desirable.

Qualifications
