Hours
Average 42 hours per week on a 2 week rota from 8pm to 8am (12 hour shifts). Week one consists of 3 shifts and week two consists of 4 shifts. The rota may include evening and weekend shifts.

Salary
£14.00 per hour

About the Role
Our multi-award-winning organisation is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated Care team. This pivotal role supports residents to live meaningful lives and feel involved within their community. You will deliver care services within our Care Homes to excellent standards, assisting residents with personal care, food and drink, and administering medication. You will support residents in all activities of daily living to maximise wellbeing and promote choice, independence, and dignity. Additionally, you will provide encouragement and companionship by engaging with residents and other stakeholders and support recreational activities.

Experience
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care preferred or willingness to be trained.

About you
Compassionate and able to demonstrate integrity by treating residents fairly and with respect. Willingness to undertake all aspects of care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
