About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering and expanding dementia services including Memory Way Cafés, Singing for Memory, Art for the Mind, Movement for Memory, Professional Gentlemen’s Club, and Young Onset Dementia Coffee Mornings. Supporting a team of Community Dementia Assistants, working closely with volunteers, and collaborating with community partners will be key to ensuring high-quality service delivery.

This role offers an inspiring opportunity to shape the future of dementia support through creativity, leadership, and compassion.
