Location
Golders Green, Hendon and surrounding areas of Barnet, North West London.

Hours
Casual bank/relief shifts as and when required. Generally 7am to 3pm with occasional weekends.

Salary
£14.00 per hour

About the Role
Join our multi-award-winning organisation as a Relief Kitchen Assistant within our Hospitality team. This role involves delivering excellent Hospitality Services across our Campus, Care Homes, and Community Centres. You will cover absences on a casual basis, working across multiple sites to ensure a high standard of service. Your core duties will include basic food preparation such as vegetables, salads, and sandwiches, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, preparing and arranging food counters and dining areas, serving hot and cold food and beverages, and operating the till including cashing up when required. You will play a key role in creating an inviting and pleasant environment for our customers.

Experience
Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment is ideal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

About you
Great communication skills with confidence in speaking to a range of people. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Willingness to undertake appropriate training such as Supervision and NVQ Training.

Qualifications
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is required or willingness to undertake this qualification.
