Hours
Average 42 hours per week on a 2 week rota, including weekends and evenings. Week one consists of 3 shifts, week two consists of 4 shifts. Shifts run from 8pm to 8am (12 hour shifts).

Salary
£30,331 per annum

About the Role
Our multi-award-winning organisation is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated Care team. This pivotal role supports residents to live meaningful lives and feel involved within their community. You will deliver high-quality care services within our Care Homes, assisting residents with personal care, food and drink, and medication administration. You will support residents in all activities of daily living to maximise wellbeing while promoting choice, independence, and dignity. Additionally, you will provide encouragement and companionship by engaging with residents and other stakeholders and support recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.

Experience
Previous experience in care is beneficial but not essential. Willingness to learn and undertake training is required.

- Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends

Qualifications
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care preferred or willingness to be trained.
