Relief/Bank basis with shifts on a rota system, including evenings and weekends. Shifts are 12 hours, from 8am to 8pm, covering day or night shifts.

About the Role
Join our multi-award-winning organisation as a Relief Care Assistant within our dedicated Care team. This pivotal role supports residents to live meaningful lives and feel involved in their community. You will deliver high-quality care services within our Care Homes, assisting residents with personal care, food and drink, and medication administration. You will support residents in all activities of daily living to maximise wellbeing while promoting choice, independence, and dignity. Providing encouragement and companionship through engagement with residents and other stakeholders is a key part of this role. Additionally, you will support recreational activities to enhance residents' quality of life. This position is ideal for compassionate individuals looking to make a positive impact on the lives of others while working flexible shifts to cover staff absence.

Experience
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care preferred or willingness to be trained.

Qualifications
