As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain high quality standards in presentation and taste, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development. You will also ensure cleanliness and organisation of your designated kitchen area, maintaining equipment in good working order.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications
