About the Role
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Chet's team at The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush, a vibrant hotel featuring 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant serving Thai American comfort food. Chet's combines the fragrant flavours and smoky textures of Thailand with classic American diner comforts in an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood.

In this role, you will primarily support the breakfast service, with occasional involvement in lunch and dinner sections. You will nurture and develop kitchen team talent, fostering an environment where everyone can be themselves and perform at their best. You will ensure smooth kitchen operations, managing orders and deliveries efficiently while maintaining sky-high food hygiene standards.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will contribute ideas and techniques to keep the kitchen creative and dynamic, always striving to deliver the best food experience for our guests.

Experience
Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized restaurant is required.
