About the Role
The Savoy is one of the world's most iconic hotels, renowned for outstanding service excellence since 1889. You will be responsible for curating and delivering an exceptional wine experience centred around Beaufort Bar's Discovery Programme, featuring over 100 wines available by the glass and one of the largest public luxury wine selections in the market.

Your role will involve inspiring guests and team members through exceptional wine knowledge, engaging storytelling, and a passion for discovery. You will create sophisticated, memorable, and personalised wine experiences for every guest, regardless of their wine knowledge, ensuring Beaufort Bar remains a world-class destination for wine, Champagne, and luxury hospitality.

You will collaborate closely with the Host Team, Bar Team, Sommelier Team, and Head Sommelier to deliver a seamless five-star experience, following Forbes Five-Star and Savoy service standards. Continuous development through tastings, supplier presentations, and training sessions will be key, alongside sharing your expertise and supporting colleagues' growth.
